Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho’s influence in London precedes that of a usual football manager.

Jose Mourinho is anything but a dull character, but being voted as the 17th most influential person in London is a very big achievement for the Portuguese.

The 51-year-old is ahead of the likes of scientist Stephen Hawking and actor Benedict Cumberbatch who plays Sherlock Holmes in a hugely successful Television show. The study was conducted by the Evening Standard, and rates British politician George Osborne as the most influential person in London.
