#1 Manchester City 1 vs Chelsea 3 (Premier League 3.12.2016)

This was a classic performance from a champion team.
Chelsea did not create many chances through the 90 minutes, but converted those that came their way. Manchester City, on the other hand, created many chances but barely managed to find an end product off them.
Manchester City dominated possession and went into halftime with a lead through Cahill's own goal. Kevin De Bruyne had City's best chance to double the lead, but he failed to convert the same. At the other end, Fabregas opened City's defence with a pass to Costa, who bullied Nicolas Otamendi to equalize for the Blues.
Gündoğan then ran into Chelsea's box, but ended up giving the ball away at the wrong moment. Chelsea capitalized on the counter-attack with Willian bristling with pace to socre second goal for the Blues.
Hazard bagged the game for the London side with a neat finish in the 90th minute. It was a brilliant game of football where one side was leading at halftime, but the other side was patient and managed to turn the tide in their favour in the second half.
It was an immense performance from the Blues away from home to a team coached by Pep Guardiola.
They fought their way back into the game and from that game on they really pushed for the title.
