Nathan Allan de Souza will join Chelsea on the first of July having passed his medical and agreedto personal terms. The transfer fee is undisclosed but is assumed to be in the range of £4.5m.
The 19-year-old plays for Atletico Paranaense and was a part of Brazil’s U17 World Cup squad in 2013. He was named in the team of the tournament having scored 5 goals.
“I am very happy to be joining Chelsea, the champions of England, and I hope I will be able to learn a lot and develop my game,” he told the Chelsea website.
Nathan will join a host of Brazilians in the Chelsea squad which already includes Ramires, Willian, Oscar and Filipe Luis.
