As reported by Sky Sports, Christian Atsu has agreed personal terms on a five-year contract worth £3.5 million with The Blues. But Blues fans will have to wait to see Atsu play, as the Ghanaian would join Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem on a season-long loan deal with immediate effect.
Christian Atsu had joined FC Porto in 2011 and since then, he has appeared in only 17 games, scoring a solitary goal. He has 16 international caps with 3 international goals.
