#2 Chelsea eyeing move for Nabil Fekir
Maurizio Sarri is looking to sign a midfielder in the coming January and has earmarked Lyon star Nabil Fekir as a potential target. And, it seems Chelsea have made the first serious move to get their hands on their man.
According to French outlet L'Equipe via Express, the Blues have appointed super-agent Pin Zahavi to ensure that the Frenchman comes to the Stamford Bridge. Nabil Fekir's contract with Lyon expires in 2020, which is why Maurizio Sarri is keen on landing for a lower fee.
Pin Zahavi already has an important history with the club, having played a crucial role in Roman Abrahamovic's takeover of Chelsea back in 2003.
The Blues will also face stiff competition from Premier League rivals Liverpool, who were in hot pursuit of the Frenchman but failed to land him with a £52m bid in the summer.
