Eden Hazard's younger brother, 21-year old Thorgan Hazard is set for a transfer to Bundesliga side Borussia Monchengladbach, according to reports coming out from Germany. The youngster is currently on loan at the Bundesliga side for the rest of the season.

The Belgian, who is two years younger to his brother, joined the Blues in the summer of 2012 from French side Lens, a few months after his brother was snapped by the Londoners from Lille. The younger of the two siblings, unlike Eden, was not an instant hit and was thus loaned out to Zulte Weregem for the last couple of seasons, where he tore up the Belgian Jupiler League. He was voted as Zulte's player of the season last year having scored 17 goals in 53 games across all competitions.

This year however has seen Hazard in a more peripheral role in the demanding Bundesliga, where Monchengladbach currently find themselves in fourth place. Hazard has so far seen most of his appearances come in the Europa League.

But the youngster seems to have impressed the Germans enough to make them sanction a bid worth £6.3m to make his move a permanent one. Hazard has so far scored two goals and provided six assists in 22 appearances for Monchengladbach across all competitions.
