Madrid, Sep 27 (IANS) Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo says he was excited to return to Camp Nou stadium to play against Barcelona, where he played last football season, on October 19 in the third round of the UEFA Champions League's group stage.
Bravo was signed by Manchester City from Spanish giants FC Barcelona after signing a four-year deal in August for a transfer fee around $20 million.
"It excites me. Much in the same way as when I played against Real Sociedad with Barcelona, it was a special occasion and hundreds of things go through your mind. They're special occasions and it's going happen to me again. Hopefully that the game goes well for us," Bravo said in an interview with UEFA on Monday.

When asked about what it is like to train with Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez, the 33-year-old Chilean said: "It's great. Training alongside them every day -- apart from being top players, they're great guys and you learn a lot from them, they perform at such a high level."
Asked his reasons to change the club, he said: "Mainly I decided to come here because I share this team's philosophy and way of playing, and I wanted to be part of it.
"I was also attracted by the fact that I'm more than just the goalkeeper -- I help start attacks from the back."
