Didier Drogba’s advisor Thierno Seydi has confirmed that the Ivory Coast star is not returning to Stamford Bridge, much to the disappointment of Chelsea fans who were expecting the striker to return.
Drogba has been one of the most successful players who played for Chelsea. He was one of the top performers when Chelsea lifted their first Champions League title in 2012.
Seydi also revealed that newly appointed manager Jose Mourinho personally talked to Drogba about his return, but the former Chelsea star, who is currently playing for Galatasaray, refused to rejoin the club.

“Mourinho called Drogba and told him he would like to see him back. However, Drogba is happy at Galatasaray and he informed his former coach that he has no intention of leaving,” Seydi said.
