Eliaquim Mangala will be desperate to find a new club over the summer.

Eliaquim Mangala joined Manchester City way back in 2014 and while his first two seasons at the club saw him regularly getting first-team chances, things went downhill after that. The Frenchman was loaned out to Valencia in the 2016/17 season and despite him being a regular starter for the La Liga club, his return to Manchester City saw him lose his place in the starting 11.

Following his return to Manchester City in the 2017/18 season, Mangala made just 15 appearances and was loaned out to Everton in the January transfer window. His time at the Merseyside club was even worse as he made just two appearances the rest of the season.

This season the former Porto defender has been completely frozen out of the first team squad, with his only playing time coming when he played two games for the under 23's. At 28, Mangala still has a lot of potential and he is one player who will and should definitely be on the lookout for a new club this summer as he looks to revive his career.
