Chelsea

Crystal Palace v Chelsea - Premier League
Antonio Conte will not be pleased with his side's performance

Thibaut Courtois - 7/10

Was unfortunate for the first Palace goal and not to blame for the second. Made some good stops at other times.

Victor Moses - 6/10

Moses pushed forward dangerously from right wing-back against his former club, but was forced to depart early in the first half, owing to injury.

Cesar Azpilicueta - 5/10

The usually reliably Azpilicueta was a little shaky at Selhurst Park. He was beaten far too easily by Wilfried Zaha for the winning goal.

David Luiz - 6/10

Luiz countered a few problems when dragged into wide areas by Zaha and Townsend, but his aggression in the tackles did result in him winning a fair few challenges.

Gary Cahill - 4/10

An uncomfortable afternoon for the Chelsea captain, who is the type of defender who probably would have preferred coming up against a more traditional centre-forward like Christian Benteke.

Marcos Alonso - 6/10

Alonso held his width on the left and produced some good touches, although at times he was caught too high up the pitch. His final ball could also have been better.

Cesc Fabregas - 7/10

Fabregas played two brilliant passes over the top of the Palace defence in the second half, but his team-mates were unable to apply a finishing touch. Was overrun on occasions in midfield, however.

Tiemoue Bakayoko - 7/10

The midfielder rose highest to plant a header into the far corner to get Chelsea back on level terms. His distribution was excellent early on, but Bakayoko faded as the game grew on.

Willian - 5/10

Willian buzzed around menacingly, but offered very little in terms of an attacking threat. He was unable to put his speed to good use for much of the game.

Michy Batshuayi - 4/10

Handed a rare start in place of the injured Alvaro Morata, Batshuayi failed to impress. He did not hold the ball up well enough, while his movement was pretty poor too.

Eden Hazard - 6/10

The Belgium international showed flashes of his quality with a couple of mazy runs and crossfield passes, but he was quieter than Chelsea needed him to be.

Substitutes:

Davide Zappacosta - 7/10

The Italian performed well for the Blues, maintaining width high up the pitch and delivering some dangerous balls into central areas.

Pedro - 6/10

The Spaniard had a couple of good moments on the ball, but could have done better with a chance after Mamadou Sakho's backheeled clearance fell to him.

Charly Musonda - 6/10

The youngster looked lively after his introduction in the second half, although, he perhaps should have scored after being played through on goal by Fabregas.
