Arsenal’s record signing Mesut Ozil is in line for a debut against Sunderland at Stadium of Light

The Gunners will travel to The Stadium of Light riding high on confidence after their 1-0 victory in the north London derby before the international break. Despite a mix start to the season, Wenger’s side are now generating a momentum, winning four games on the trot, including the Champions League qualifier against Fenerbahce. Arsenal’s new £42.5m signing Mesut Ozil is expected to make his debut on Saturday.

On the other hand, Paolo Di Canio will be desperate to win at least a point from this tie as his side have started horribly this season with just one point from possible nine.
