Jupp Heynckes - next Real Madrid manager?

Real Madrid turn to Jupp Heynckes

The European champions are facing a great difficulty in naming the next manager. The interest in Klopp, Pochettino and Allegri has reportedly been futile. In a sensational claim by Don Balon, it is written that Real Madrid have now turned towards their former manager and Bayern Munich veteran Jupp Heynckes.

Real Madrid want Jupp Heynckes to manage the club for one season with Raul Gonzalez as his assistant. Florentino Perez is claimed to have plans to promote Raul as the future Real Madrid boss.

Borussia Dortmund holding onto Sokratis until July 1

The Mirror reports that Sokratis Papastathopoulos has agreed upon a £16 million switch to Arsenal and has already passed his medical in London. But Borussia Dortmund do not want the move to be finalized this month as the club is looking to show the £16 million received for the defender in the next financial year, starting from July 1.
