FC Barcelona eyeing three signings worth €370 million
The Antoine Griezmann debacle along with Real Madrid's massive summer plans has alerted FC Barcelona to get going in the transfer market. Club chief Josep Bartomeu has reportedly sanctioned a gigantic summer war chest of €370 million for three elite signings.
According to Don Balon, the three signings on the president's mind are - Kylian Mbappe, Nabil Fekir and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. PSG may have to let Mbappe go for €220 million due to FFP regulations whereas the other two are valued at €170 million by the Catalans.
Matteo Kovacic to leave Real Madrid
The Real Madrid midfielder has admitted that he may leave Spain this summer for regular playing time. Kovacic moved to Real Madrid in 2015 but has started just 37 league games in three years.
Kovacic told Marca, "I want to play more and the best thing is to leave Madrid. I love football and being on the pitch. I want the opportunity to be a starter on another team. If I do not play, I'm not happy."
