FIFA 14: Top 10 players with the best heading accuracy

5. Graziano Pelle (92)

Now, we seem to have hit the stride with another center forward in the list, in the form of Graziano Pelle.

Pelle plays for Feyenoord and is the only player to represent the Dutch league in this list. He’s not had too much experience outside the Netherlands, except for brief stints in Italy. However, his heading ability is certainly very good, without a doubt.

Another striker that you can look at if you want to use headers as a major way of scoring goals.

4. Vilmos Vanczak (92)

Vilmos Vanczak is another player who is not from the Big 4 leagues in European football.

He plays for FC Sion in the Hungarian league and has a heading accuracy of 92. The fact that he beats a lot of other high profile players in this aspect tells you that he would be a wild card that you would want to have in your team.

Added to that, he perhaps wouldn’t cost you too much transfer money either.

Snap him up, and see the goals go in from all those crosses and set plays.

3. Fernando Llorente (93)

Now its time for the big boys. And kickstarting the top 3 is Juventus forward Fernando Llorente.

With a heading accuracy of 93, you can be sure that Juventus knew what they were doing when they bought this versatile striker. Not only would he be able to score goals in the traditional way, he will add variety to your team’s attacks, thanks to his excellent heading ability.

Definitely one to look for, and if you have the money, don’t hesitate to make a move for him!

2. Tim Cahill (94)

He is surprisingly the only midfielder in the entire list. But it does make sense, considering midfielders are more concerned about creating the goal than about scoring from a header.

And that’s why Tim Cahill’s heading accuracy of 94 makes him such a versatile player and a definite must have in your team. He has the ability to confuse the opposition defence as he can get in behind them and make the winger’s cross count.

Additionally, he will be a handful in set pieces, both in defence and in offence.

Definitely, a cheaper option than the others on the list.
