Twitter Reaction: Chelsea fans want Jose Mourinho target James Rodriguez

James Rodriguez, a reported Man United target has a had a sensational World Cup. Five goals in four games, has seen him going past Argentina’s Lionel Messi and Germany’s Thomas Muller to be the current top goalscorer at the World Cup.

Fans from across the world have been raving about the 22-year-old, as he’s tore apart virtually every team’s he’s faced. Chelsea fans have also been very complimentary about the Colombian magician, with some fans arguing that Jose Mourinho should sign Rodriguez.

Imagine a team of Cesc Fabregas, Eden Hazard, and James Rodriguez – utopia for Chelsea fans. Stamford Bridge would oozing flair and fluid football. Especially with Diego Costa – leading the line, Costa could be joining Chelsea sooner rather than later.

However, although it is unlikely that Chelsea will make a move for the £38.5million playmaker – given the transfer fee he’d cost plus the big wages he’s likely to be on, this hasn’t stopped Chelsea fans from dreaming.
