#3 Kevin De Bruyne (MCI) (MID)- £11.8 m vs FUL (A)

Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne is a great FPL captaincy option for Gameweek 28. The Belgian boasts much better attacking stats than teammate Ilkay Gundogan and has been unlucky not to register more FPL returns. De Bruyne has thirteen shots and fourteen key passes in comparison to Gundogan's seven and three.

He is doing great in the advanced position that he took up earlier this season, and sooner or later, the FPL returns should start coming for him. He has also been a bit wasteful in front of goal, and he'll look to sharpen his finishing ahead of this game against Fulham.

The Cottagers have been defending really well, but if anyone can breach their defense, it's De Bruyne.

#2 Bruno Fernandes (MUN) (MID) - £11.5 m (vs) WHU(H)

Bruno Fernandes punished his sellers by netting a penalty in a 2-0 derby victory over Manchester City in Gameweek 27. He can carry on that form against West Ham in Gameweek 28 and remains a great FPL captaincy option.

While West Ham have defended pretty well this season, one will certainly remember how Fernandes' 45-minute cameo turned the game around for United when these sides met earlier this season. With sixteen goals and twelve FPL assists, Fernandes is the first player to cross 200 FPL points this season.

He seems very likely to add to that tally and is a very bankable FPL captaincy option in Gameweek 28.

#1 Harry Kane (TOT) (FWD) - £11.3 m (vs) ARS(A)

An in-form Harry Kane against Arsenal in the North London derby looks like the perfect recipe for a great FPL haul. Kane produced a stunning 19-point FPL tally in Gameweek 27 against Crystal Palace and will look to carry on that form to this crucial fixture.

Gareth Bale has combined extremely well with Kane, Son, and Moura, to make a fearsome attacking quartet, and a tweak in the formation means that Kane finds himself in a more attacking position than earlier in the season. Kane has a great record against Arsenal and played a pivotal role in Spurs' 2-0 win over them earlier this season.

He's likely to carry on his strong form and find the net again.
