#3 Bruno Fernandes (MUN) (MID) - £11.3 m (vs) LIV(A), FUL(A)

Bruno Fernandes could've been placed higher on the list, but he does harbor a risk of getting suspended for the second match against Fulham if he gets booked against Liverpool. However, considering how brilliant he has been this season, FPL managers can take that risk due to his high ceiling for points.

With 11 goals and eight assists in seventeen matches, his G/A per match ratio can't be matched by many other players. Given how likely he is to earn bonus points as well, Fernandes is a great FPL captaincy choice.

#2 Mohamed Salah (LIV) (MID) - £12.5 m (vs) MUN(H), BUR(H)

Despite blanking in his last three games, Mohamed Salah remains a great FPL captaincy option. He's among the most explosive players in the game and very rarely goes without a return for long. He still has the highest Threat Index in the game, and all the underlying stats indicate a huge haul coming in this Double Gameweek.

He also tends to deliver whenever his side needs him the most, and with Liverpool's title race on the line, Salah could fire on all cylinders both for his team and for FPL managers.

#1 Kevin De Bruyne (MCI) (MID) - £11.8 m (vs) CRY(H), AVL(H)

With Manchester City regaining their attacking flair in recent weeks, Kevin De Bruyne seems to be the top FPL captaincy option, not only for this Gameweek but over the next 5-6 Gameweeks as well. While the 1-0 scoreline at Brighton might perplex some readers, the truth was that City, and De Bruyne, in particular, have been very wasteful in front of goal, and that's likely to change as the season progresses.

In fact, despite returning just one assist against Brighton, De Bruyne had a Threat Index of 89.0 and could've easily ended up with a 19-point FPL haul instead of 6. Considering how clinical he is, one can count on KDB to put away these chances in the coming games. With two home fixtures that City can dominate coming up, the Belgian is undoubtedly the top FPL captaincy option for this Gameweek.
