#3 Raheem Sterling (MCI) (MID) - £11.5 m (vs) BUR(A)

Raheem Sterling was one of the many notable omissions in the game against Sheffield United, leaving many FPL managers frustrated. However, one positive is that he is fully rested and fit to feature against Burnley in Gameweek 22.

Manchester City has had tremendous success against the Clarets. While Sterling is yet to find the net against them, he's very likely to do so considering the good form the Cityzens have been in.

Given his record against the weaker opposition, a fully fit Raheem Sterling is a decent FPL captaincy option.

#2 Bruno Fernandes (MUN) (MID) - £11.4 m (vs) SOU(H)

Bruno Fernandes will once again be a top FPL captaincy option despite his recent blanks.

The Portuguese midfielder has been the most-captained FPL player for two Gameweeks running. However, he disappointed many with blanks in the last two games.

With four blanks in the last five games, Fernandes has endured a dry run. A game at Old Trafford against a struggling Southampton side might, however, be the game in which he regains his mojo. When both these teams met earlier this season, Fernandes played a pivotal role in Manchester United's 3-2 win and recorded a 10-point FPL haul.

While he has had some tough times, Fernandes has been a very dependable FPL asset so far, and FPL managers can't do much better than him when it comes to captaincy options.

#1 Mohamed Salah (LIV) (MID) - £12.5 m (vs) BHA(H)

Mo Salah broke his goal drought with a superb performance against West Ham United, and that puts him right back at the top of our captains' list for Gameweek 22. The Egyptian has been a pretty streaky FPL asset and tends to go on goalscoring runs.

A game against Brighton at Anfield could be the ideal fixture for him to add to his goals tally this season. He has always been a go-to captain for a lot of FPL managers and, now that he's back in form, he's undoubtedly the top FPL captaincy option for Gameweek 22.
