Goalkeeper:

Alex McCarthy is among the best FPL goalkeepers this season

Alex McCarthy (SOU) (£4.7 m) | Opponent: LEI (A): Despite having just one fixture in Gameweek 19, I'm going with Alex McCarthy in goal. A reliable budget FPL option, McCarthy should provide both save and clean sheet points.

Defenders:

John Stones(L)

Vladimir Coufal (WHU) - £4.6 m | Opponent: BUR (H), WBA (H): Coufal offers a cut-price route into the West Ham defense. The team has a good run of fixtures, and Coufal can combine attacking FPL returns with clean sheet points.

Matt Targett (AVL) - £4.6 m | Opponent: MCI (A), NEW (H): I wasn't planning on fielding Targett initially, but considering that their second fixture is against Newcastle, he should get a sizeable FPL return. He's also a good long-term budget FPL option.

Ben Chilwell (CHE)- £6.1 m | Opponent: FUL (A), LEI (A): I downgraded Kane to Son to gain funds for Chilwell, but I believe that it'll be money well spent. Chelsea has been overlooked ahead of a promising run of fixtures, and Chilwell can provide a lot of value as an FPL option over this period.

John Stones (MCI)- £5.0 m | Opponent: CRY (H), AVL (H): John Stones offers a cut-price route into a rock-solid Manchester City defense. While he doesn't offer much in the way of goal threat, he guarantees clean sheet and bonus points in every Gameweek.

Midfielders:

Son is on top of the FPL points-scorers' charts.

Son Heung-min (TOT) - (£9.8 m) | Opponent: SHU(A): The most-owned FPL asset, Son Heung-min is also at the top of the point-scorers' list this season. With Spurs having a decent run of fixtures, Son should get some FPL returns.

Kevin De Bruyne (MCI) - £11.8 m | Opponent: CRY (H), AVL (H): Manchester City has a really kind set of upcoming fixtures that starts with this Double Gameweek. De Bruyne is getting a lot of good chances, and he should start putting them away.

Tomas Soucek (WHU) - £5.1 m | Opponent: BUR (H), WBA (H): Soucek is probably the best budget FPL midfielder along with Emile Smith Rowe. However, given West Ham's good run of upcoming fixtures and their enticing Double Gameweek schedule, I've opted to go for Soucek.

He tends to score some crucial goals for his team, and his FPL owners will hope that he does the same in this Gameweek as well.

Bruno Fernandes (MUN) - £10.9 m | Opponent: LIV (A), FUL (A): Bruno Fernandes is an FPL must-have right now. While he could potentially miss the Fulham game if he gets booked against Liverpool, owning Fernandes is a must in the long run, and he has become an essential part of any FPL team.

Mohamed Salah (LIV) - £12.5 m | Opponent: MUN (H), BUR (H): I've always had Mo Salah in my team this season, and that's not going to change now. He's very likely to get some goals in FPL Gameweek 19 and atone for his blanks in the previous Gameweeks.

Forwards:

Michail Antonio is a good budget FPL forward.

Michail Antonio (WHU) - £6.2 m | Opponent: BUR (H), WBA (H): Back from injury, Michail Antonio is all set to spearhead the Hammers' frontline once more. He's an assured starter with Haller gone, and should thrive in this good run of fixtures for his side.

Bench:

GK: Fraser Forster (SOU) (£4.0 m) | Opponent: LEI(A)

1st Sub: Aaron Wan-Bissaka (MUN) (DEF) - £5.4 m | Opponent: LIV (A), FUL (A):

2nd Sub: Patrick Bamford (LEE) (FWD) - £6.3 m | Opponent: BHA (H):

3rd Sub: Keinan Davis (AVL) (FWD)- £4.3 m | Opponent: MCI (A), NEW (H):
