Central midfielder: Mustapha Dahleb - 98 goals

The Algerian-born star's transfer to Paris Saint-Germain in 1974 was a rather shrewd but effective decision. He ended up spending a full decade at the club, racking up 98 goals along the way. Notably, he is the sixth all-time goalscorer in all competitions for PSG.

Dahleb quickly won the hearts of early fans, eventually helping the team to successive French Cup titles before he left the club in 1984. While Dahleb won't be forgotten for his input during those Cup runs, it was his sharpshooter's eye that really set him apart from the other midfielders at the time.

Central midfielder: Safet Susic - 85 goals

In 1982, Susic made the switch from Sarajevo, his boyhood club in Bosnia, to Paris Saint-Germain in France, and he came at just the right time. During his first season with the club, Susic aided the team in their French Cup campaign as he scored three goals in the semi-final. He proved instrumental again in 1986 when he helped PSG win their first league title.

After spending nine years with the Parisians, Susic notably scored 85 goals and assisted 95 in just 344 appearances for the side. Most notably, France Football picked Susic as the best player in PSG's history in 2010, thanks in part to his vision, creativity and goal-scoring ethic.

Central midfielder: Rai - 78 goals

Although he spent half a decade with the Parisian giants, Rai's effortless goalscoring skills were enough to catapult him into legendary status. In just 228 appearances for Paris Saint-Germain, Rai scored 78 goals from midfield. His penchant for scoring goals saw him register double digits in goal numbers across four successive seasons.

Although he spent just five years at the club, he helped PSG add seven pieces of silverware to the trophy cabinet, including a UEFA Cup Winners' Cup in 1996. He is considered one of the best players to have ever played for PSG, despite the short period he spent at the club.
