Centre-Backs - Jemerson & Kamil Glik
The Brazillian international, Jemerson joined AS Monaco from Atletico Mineiro in January 2016 and is currently among the best defenders at the club.
He played the majority of AS Monaco's league games during the 2016-17 season and helped the club maintain the second best defensive record in the league. The Brazilian played 81 League games for the Les Monégasques thus far, scoring four goals.
Kamil Glik joined AS Monaco from Torino in the summer transfer window of 2016 and is an integral part of the team since then.
He was one of Monaco's star players during the 2016-17 season as they clinched the Ligue 1 title right under the noses of PSG. He was included in the UNFP Team of the Year 2016-17 for his performances and played 84 Ligue 1 games, scoring 10 goals for Monaco till date.
