Mats Hummels' agent has told reporters that he has no contact with Manchester United

German defender Mats Hummels’ agent and father has told that he has no contact with Manchester United yet.

With United’s defensive duo Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand set to leave the club in the summer, Mats Hummels has been on United’s radar to replace either one of the departing center backs.

Speaking to talkSPORT, his agent told, “I know Louis van Gaal from his time at Bayern Munich.”

“He’s not contacted me about Mats moving to Manchester (United) though.

“I have heard some rumours, but Mats is happy at Dortmund at the moment, and only thinking about the World Cup.”

Mats Hummels has been an established center back for Borussia Dortmund and the German National team in the last 2 years. Mats Hummels has been on Van Gaal’s radar and might as well try to lure him and convince him to make a move to Manchester United.
