Germany coach Joachim Löw has named his 24 player squad for the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Austria (September 6) in Munich and away to the Faroe Islands (September 10).Two wins from the two matches in early-September and Germany would be qualified for next years 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, which is the aim for Joachim Löw and his side.

The Bayern Munich trio of Mario Götze, Toni Kroos and Bastian Schweinsteiger make a comeback from injuries and a break into the squad, while Ilkay Gündogan (Borussia Dortmund) and Lukas Podolski (FC Arsenal) miss the matches due to injuries.

Further to the FC Bayern trio, Löw has called-up Sidney Sam (Bayer 04 Leverkusen) and Max Kruse (Borussia Mönchengladbach), who both had impressed during the USA tour and have had a good start into the new Bundesliga season.
