Eden Hazard's time at Chelsea is all but over. The Belgian has confirmed that he has made a decision and has already informed the club about it. he said:

“I have made my decision. I told the club a couple of weeks ago. But it is not just about me. We have a final to play and then I will see.”

The hint dropped by the star clearly indicates that he wants to join Real Madrid this summer and he is ready to make that jump finally. Reports now suggest that Los Blancos have agreed a deal with Chelsea and the move will be official soon.
