Messi doesn't want De Ligt at Camp Nou
Lionel Messi reportedly has the power at Barcelona every top player in the world would love to have. Reports suggest that he has a say in the players Barca sign and when you are the best in the world, the board just listens to you.
The Argentine has now made a huge decision and asked the club not to sign De Ligt from Ajax. That is according to Don Balon, who were once one of the most reliable sources in Spain but now at the opposite end of the reliability scale.
The report claims that Messi wants Milan Škriniar from Inter Milan instead as he is more experienced. The Slovakian is 23-years-old – 4 years older than De Ligt – and has been playing brilliantly at San Siro.
He has been reportedly slapped with a €70 million price tag – €5 million more than what Ajax are demanding for De Ligt. Sounds like a good decision by Messi, isn't it?
