The 2010-11 season saw Ronaldo win his first-ever trophy at Real Madrid. This was, of course, the Copa del Rey where Ronaldo scored a gravity-defying header against Barcelona in the final to win the match.

Although Real Madrid weren't overly successful in the trophy department that season, Ronaldo was impeccable. The Portuguese scored 40 goals in La Liga which was a record at the time, 6 goals in the Champions League, and 7 goals in all other competitions.

Whilst this was Ronaldo's third-best La Liga campaign in terms of goals scored, it was by far his worst in the Champions League. He only managed to score 6 goals in 12 matches. Nevertheless, the Portuguese won the Pichichi and the Golden Boot for the second time in his career.

Though the 2012-13 season wasn't successful for Real Madrid in terms of trophies won, Ronaldo was still playing at his brilliant best, scoring 55 goals in as many games for Los Blancos. Whilst his haul of 34 goals in La Liga was impressive, he fell short of Messi's mind-numbing 46 goals that year.

In the Champions League, Ronaldo was impressive in front of goal and was the top scorer of the competition. This was also his second season running where he had scored more than 10 goals throughout the competition, finishing the campaign with 12 goals to his name.

Ronaldo scored a further 9 goals in other competitions as he helped Madrid win the Spanish Super Cup at the beginning of the season. He was consistent across all competitions, averaging a goal-per-game in all of them, a great season for Ronaldo, but not quite his best.
