English side Liverpool are reportedly interested in Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen. The Denmark international has been keenly followed by many top clubs and Liverpool has joined the chase.
The Reds are reportedly prepared to shell out £22 million to lure Eriksen and his Ajax team mate Toby Alderweireld to Anfield. Ajax manager De Boer suggested that the Dane, who still has a year left on his contract, may leave this summer and also said that it’s up to Eriksen to decide where he wants to go.

“It is up to Christian what he wants. If he feels good going to Liverpool, then it’s up to him. I would want nothing more than having him with us for a few more years. But we realise the interest in this kind of player is huge. And I can also understand that he wants to make another step in his career. I can’t stop him,” said the Ajax manager.
