Lucas Piazon: Was he right to have a pop at his team mates?

FILE PHOTO: BLACKBURN, ENGLAND – MAY 09: Lucas Piazon of Chelsea in action with Robbie Cotton of Blackburn Rovers during the FA Youth Cup Final 2nd leg match between Blackburn Rovers U18′s and Chelsea U18′s at Ewood park on May 9, 2012 in Blackburn, England.

Lucas Piazon has made all the headlines in recent days after Chelsea lost the Club World Cup final on Sunday to Corinthians.

Chelsea fans know the talent this guy has and considering he is only 18, he has been heavily involved in and around the first team squad this season.

Being Brazilian and knowing just how much winning the Trophy means back home, Piazon was quick to have a pop at the players and I am asking you the Chelsea fan reading this for your personal opinion on whether you felt he was right to do so or not.

He said:

“It seems that some people are missing a few things, principally the desire to be champions. I think Ramires and David Luiz, the Brazilians, were the ones who strove to give their utmost, and are therefore the ones who are most upset. We lacked character and a love for the shirt. Nobody wanted the ball. At least Oscar tried. I won’t be more specific but I can say that the team lacked willing. You don’t go into a final without the desire to play the ball, that’s unacceptable.”

So what do you think? Was he right?
