Manchester City have spent more money on agents’ fees than any other Premier League side in the past year! They have spent an amazing £10.54 million as payments to the player’s representatives.
Surprisingly, Liverpool are the second biggest spenders on agent fees, having spent £8.6 million, while QPR are in third, having spent £6.82 million.
The total amount spent by the clubs on agents between 1 October 2011 and 30 September 2012 stands at an astounding £77m and is up by 1440% over the £5.13 million spent in the previous 12 months.
