Even though Lukaku's two goals came from errors committed by the PSG defense, the Belgian deserves to be credited for capitalizing perfectly on those mistakes which is an of great strikers. The Belgian is in a hot form at the moment and he just completed his third consecutive brace for the Red Devils.
He is now the top scorer for Manchester United this season with 15 goals to his name in 37 appearances across all competitions. His performance against PSG was quite brilliant. He did a very great job to get the better of Gianluigi Buffon on two different occasions and deserves a lot of plaudits for stepping up for the Old Trafford outfit when it mattered most.
Over the last few months, the Belgian has taken a lot of stick from the Pundits and the fans alike. But, considering his display in the Champions League yesterday, it is time we put some respect to his name. Romelu Lukaku is truly a great striker.
