#1 Presnel Kimpembe's handball

With the match reaching its closing moments, Presnel Kimpembe made a horrible decision which cost his side dearly. Diogo Dalot, running from the right, took a shot in hope from about 25 yards out and the ball hit Kimpembe's hand. The hand clearly looked out of position, but still, it was a controversial decision as it looked like Kimpembe didn't have enough time to get his hand out of the way of the shot.

Originally it had been given as a corner, but VAR intervened and the referee thought that Kimpembe's hand was in an unusual position. Nevertheless, it was very naive on the part of Kimpembe to put his hand there in the first place and no one can really describe what he was thinking as now with VAR, you just cannot afford to get away with those calls.

Up stepped Marcus Rashford and he smacked the ball past Buffon to complete one of the greatest comebacks in the history of the Champions League. What a game it was!
