Manchester United v Cardiff City - Premier League
More news on the Paul Pogba story. We had recently mentioned that both Real Madrid and Juventus are very interested in acquiring the services of the Frenchman, however, United have so far held firm on their desire to keep hold of their star player. But if recent reports are to be believed, United have finally accepted that they might lose Pogba this summer.

According to the Evening Standard, the Red Devils are preparing a list of replacements for Paul Pogba, should the Frenchman leave before the start of next season. The number one target in that list is Tottenham playmaker Christian Eriksen. The Dane has himself admitted in recent times that he is open to a new challenge, so a move could suit all parties.
Should Tottenham be reluctant to sell, United will turn their attention to Youri Tielemans, who caught Solskjaer's eyes with his impressive displays for Leicester City while on loan from Monaco. However, United's preferred choice would be to keep hold of Pogba, who Solskjaer still sees as the heart of his team.

Inspired by Diego Maradona, Deepungsu played as an attacking midfielder for his local club at subdivision level in his initial years and scored an important goal or two. However, his all-time favorite footballer is Lionel Messi, and evidently, he feels Argentina's glory in 2022 is his favorite FIFA World Cup moment for fulfilling his long-standing dream. He is also an ardent East Bengal fan.
Deepungsu has been a Manchester United supporter since the year 2000. Unsurprisingly, his favorite manager is Sir Alex Ferguson and the Scotsman helped him get through some of the toughest days of his life. Like the fiery Scot, Deepungsu also leaves no stone unturned when it comes to accuracy in articles and only relies on credible sources.
Despite believing in Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland to create an iconic rivalry, Deepungsu reckons no one can match the longevity of Messi and Ronaldo. He spends his leisure time writing about life on his blog, reading books, and playing the guitar.
