Conte thrashes Hazard to United rumours

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has angrily dismissed rumours of Eden Hazard joining Manchester United next summer after Daily Star reported a £90million bid for the Belgian from The Red Devils.

Responding to the rumours, Conte firmly rejected the idea of Hazard leaving Stamford Bridge in next few months despite a strong interest from Man United and Real Madrid.

Conte said, "A difficult period is starting, especially for every club and every coach because in this period there are a lot of rumours – some rumours are true, some rumours are wrong.

"We must be ready to face this situation. I think the best way for me is don’t read and only to chat with the club and then to try to improve our squad if this is possible."

Gaitan will leave Atletico in January

Gaitan has been linked with Man United for a number of years now

What do we have here? The annual episode of Nico Gaitan to Manchester United is back on despite the Argentine signing for Atletico Madrid only last season.

However, Gaitan has failed to get regular game time under Diego Simeone and player's agent Jose Iribarren has made it absolutely clear that Gaitan will leave the Spanish club in January.

Iribarren said, “I can tell you English clubs are interested. He has a lot of concrete offers. Nicolas was an important player when he played in Argentina, at Benfica, and with the national team. He can't continue in these conditions. "

Amid this outburst, United have been put on alert who are struggling to sort their wing options with Jose Mourinho wanting a left-footed wide player.

On his day, Gaitan can be a match winner on his own and his availability has attracted an interest from Mourino with United expected to make an approach for the Argentine International in January.

Mkhitaryan a loan target for Inter

Liverpool v Manchester United - Premier League
Mkhitaryan was less than impressive against Bristol City

Inter Milan are only looking to sign Henrikh Mkhitaryan on loan until the end of the current season and do not want to trade Joao Mario in any player-swap deal, reports Football Italia.

Mkhitaryan played for United after almost 2 months last night which ended in a 2-1 defeat against League Two side Bristol City.

The Armenian's performance during the short spell in the game did little good for his chances of playing regularly for Man United in coming weeks.

Inter Milan are on high alert as Mourinho is desperate to replace Mkhitaryan with a more mobile and creative number 10 during the January transfer window.

Given his dip in form, Inter are not ready to pay the millions up front and sign him permanently. Serie A side are, however, keen to bring him on loan first and then make a decision next summer.
