Chelsea enter the chase for Ozil

Chelsea are about to shock the Premier League transfer landscape as they are ready to make a late move for the Arsenal star Mesut Ozil, reports Daily Mirror.

The Blues fear they could lose 2-3 key players next season following an unsettling season under Antonio Conte and the club will need quality replacements in next 6-12 months time.

Daily Mirror claim Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas are not happy with the constant dressing room debacles at Stamford Bridge and want out of the club.

In wake of the news, Chelsea have targetted Mesut Ozil to be the worthy signing and The Blues will not wait until next summer and will make a sizable offer in January itself. Wonder what Jose Mourinho and Man United think about that?

Zlatan pushes Mourinho towards Bale

Real Madrid v Fuenlabrada - Copa Del Rey
Bale is once again ruled out of this weekend's clash

Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is sure that Gareth Bale could overcome his injury woes at Real Madrid and be a force to reckon with under Jose Mourinho, report Daily Express.

The report claims that Zlatan is pushing Man United and Mourinho to sign Bale and the Red Devils are entertaining the idea of signing him for as less as £53million next summer.

Despite making a successful return in the week, Bale has been ruled out of Real Madrid's match against Athletic Bilbao this weekend further putting question marks over his future at the club.

However, there are reports that Chelsea could enter negotiations with Real Madrid in coming weeks to discuss a potential £88million swap deal involving Gareth Bale and Eden Hazard.

Chelsea believe Hazard is hellbent on leaving Chelsea next summer and only wants to join Real Madrid which has promoted the reigning Premier League Champions to get Bale in return as the worst case scenario if they indeed lose Hazard.

Roberto wants better offer from Barcelona

Barcelona v Malaga - La Liga
Roberto current has a release clause of €40million

Barcelona defender Sergi Roberto wants an improved contract offer from his club in order to turn down a summer move to Manchester United, according to reports from Don Balon. Roberto was linked with a switch to Old Trafford last summer but they failed to reach an agreement over player's transfer fee with the Catalan side.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are set to have a sit-down with Roberto's agent later next month to discuss a potential 5-year contract extension with a buyout clause of over €400million.

Barca are confident of agreeing a new deal with Roberto and fending any possible interest from Manchester United and Chelsea as they see the 25-year-old player vital to their long-term plans.
