Mourinho could be on his way to Paris soon

Jose Mourinho seeking a way out of United

Jose Mourinho has demanded a £3 million increase from his current deal, only after which he will sign a contract extension with Manchester United, reports Manchester Evening News.

Mourinho and United suffered a crushing 1-0 defeat against Chelsea and the fans are slowly beginning to question the Portuguese's tactics and style of play.

Despite their flying start to the season, United are now eight points behind Manchester City and have looked a disjointed side in recent weeks.

Reports in France claim that Mourinho has been offered the PSG job after the manager's agent Jorge Mendes met with PSG officials last weekend.

Mourinho has also complained about United's management not backing him in his attempts to sign a wide man last summer.

Sources close to the manager feel that he could be on his way to PSG next season and the increase in salary is just a way to delay the contract talks before his move to Ligue 1.

Fabregas still a target for Mourinho

Fabregas and Conte do not have the best of relationships

Cesc Fabregas could become a Manchester United player after the club held a brief talk with the Spanish playmaker following their 1-0 defeat against Chelsea, reports Daily Mail.

Manchester United's midfield has lacked creativity in recent weeks and manager Jose Mourinho believes Fabregas has the ability to change that. Moreover, reports claim that the Spaniard is not too happy at Stamford Bridge.

Despite playing in recent weeks, Fabregas and Antonio Conte do not have a great relationship at the moment and if Conte manages to stay beyond the season, Fabregas could end up reuniting with Mourinho, at Old Trafford.

Besiktas confirm their interest in Fellaini

Fellaini is yet to win the United fans over

Turkish side Besiktas have confirmed their interest in signing Marouane Fellaini in January after their attempts to secure his services during the summer transfer window failed.

Besiktas currently lie third in the league table and are five points behind the Turkish League leaders Galatasaray.

Besiktas official Metin Albayrak spoke with Turkish Football earlier this week and confirmed their interest in signing the United midfielder.

Albayrak said: "Fellaini is on our list, we have made efforts to sign him but not just him."

Despite being praised by Jose Mourinho in recent weeks, Fellaini looks certain to exit the club as fans are yet to truly accept him as a Manchester United player.
