PSG came back from behind to record a 3-2 win over RB Leipzig in the Champions League, thanks to a seven-minute brace from Lionel Messi. While the Argentine is yet to open his account in Ligue 1, it's safe to say a goal is on the horizon.

Messi had a great campaign last season with Barcelona, and is expected to build on that with his new club now. The 34-year-old will be making his debut in the Classique. Considering his record in high-stakes fixtures like El Clasico, Messi can be expected to shine under pressure.

Neymar scored on his debut in the fixture, while Mbappe failed to find the back of the net. So Messi will hope to emulate his former Barcelona teammate and end his much-awaited goal drought in the league.

#2 Dimitri Payet | Marseille

Dimitri Payet has looked very good with the ball at his feet this season, and has been the standout player for Marseille. In just six appearances, he has scored five goals and bagged four assists.

Last season, he had ten assists as Marseille finished fifth. He has already notched up four this campaign. PSG should be wary of him, as he can single-handedly change the outcome of games.

PSG have kept only four clean sheets this season and conceded ten goals. So there might be some shortcomings in their defence which Payet will look to capitalise on.
