Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar were in attendance at the boxing match between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh on Saturday, May 18. The match ended with Tyson Fury losing via split-decision and Oleksandr Usyk becoming the first-ever four-belt undisputed heavyweight champion.

In a video shared on X, Ronaldo and Neymar were seen sharing a chuckle and shaking hands ahead of the game.

Neymar and Ronaldo have had contrasting seasons with their respective Saudi Pro League clubs this season. While the Portuguese talisman has 42 goals and 13 assists in 42 appearances, the Brazilian forward has been restricted to just five appearances due to injury.

Neymar suffered a season-ending ACL and meniscus tear in his left knee in an international match against Uruguay on September 2023. The forward left the field in tears and was forced to undergo surgery and a lengthy rehabilitation.

However, Neymar's Al-Hilal have had a better season than Cristiano's Al-Nassr. Al-Hilal have already won the Saudi League, and the two clubs will lock horns on May 31 in the King's Cup final.

During the Fury vs Usyk bout, Cristiano Ronaldo bumped into famous boxing promoter and Arsenal fan Frank Warren. When asked who he thinks will win the Premier League, Cristiano Ronaldo didn't give an optimistic answer to the loyal Gunner. According to him, Arsenal have no chance of winning the Premier League.

“They are not gonna win,” Cristiano opined.

Arsenal and Manchester City had been locked in a tight battle race throughout the 2023-24 season and it came down to the wire on the final matchday: Sunday, May 19. The Gunners were hoping for City to drop points against West Ham United and to themselves secure a win against Everton in their final game of the season.

Arsenal secure a 2-1 win over Everton but lost the title as Manchester City won 3-1 against West Ham at the Etihad. Pep Guardiola's team have now won four Premier League titles on the trot.
