West Ham winger Jarrod Bowen recently scored for the fifth Premier League away game in a row, a stat even Cristiano Ronaldo and Luis Suarez failed to achieve in the English top flight.

Ronaldo scored 145 goals from 346 appearances for Manchester United while Suarez, who represented Liverpool for three years from 2011 to 2014, bagged 82 goals in 133 appearances.

Bowen scored his fifth consecutive away goal in his club's 4-1 loss against Aston Villa on Sunday (October 22). His previous strikes came against Bournemouth, Brighton, Luton Town, and Liverpool.

The England international's feat has been matched only by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry (2000/01) and Liverpool sensation Mohamed Salah (2021/22).

Bowen is seen as an integral part of David Moyes' set-up at West Ham, having recently signed a new seven-year contract with the Hammers, keeping him at the club till 2030.

The left-footed wide player has bagged six goals and an assist in nine Premier League appearances this season. He will be crucial to West Ham's chances of securing a European spot this campaign. Moyes' men are currently ninth in the league, having racked up 14 points from nine matches.

Former Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly drawn interest from Newcastle United. According to El Nacional, the Magpies are looking to strengthen their squad in January and are interested in securing the services of the 38-year-old striker.

Ronaldo currently represents Saudi Pro League (SPL) side Al-Nassr, where he has been banging in goals for fun. This season, the ex-Real Madrid star has bagged 11 goals and five assists in just nine SPL appearances.

The Portugal captain secured a move to Saudi Arabia after a falling out with the Manchester United management in December 2022. Although it seems unlikely, it will be interesting to see whether Ronaldo considers a move back to the Premier League.
