Chelsea full-back Reece James has taken the Premier League by storm so far this campaign. Operating on the right flank, the young talent has been a force to be reckoned with due to his marauding runs and decisive passes. James has been one of the best in the business amongst the full-backs in the Premier League this season.
He is Chelsea's joint-top scorer with five goals across all competitions. The 22-year old has also provided the same number of assists, playing a direct part in eight goals for the Blues in the Premier League.
Considering his sensational form at the moment, James will surely be a huge threat for Leeds. Three centre-halves at the back provides the wing-back with ample freedom going forward. His confidence in front of goal can spell trouble for Bielsa's men this weekend.

Leeds United winger Raphinha has looked brilliant despite the club finding it hard to stay in the top half of the Premier League table. The forward has been quite efficient in front of goal so far this campaign and could spell trouble for Chelsea on Saturday.
Blessed with pace, dribbling and vision, Raphinha has improved his output this campaign. The 24-year-old has scored six goals and provided one assist in the Premier League, taking part in almost half of Leeds' goals in the English top flight.
Raphinha also has a knack for going for the spectacular which results in outrageous strikes. Chelsea's defense will have a huge task on their hands as the Brazilian attacker has all the caliber to decide the outcome of the tie.
#1 Romelu Lukaku | Chelsea
Romelu Lukaku has endured a difficult campaign with Chelsea following his return to the Premier League. The Belgian striker, who was brought in for a club-record fee, has not been clinical in front of goal. He has found the back of the net just thrice in the English top-flight so far, which is a testament to his poor form.
Lukaku also had injuries to deal with which made things more difficult for him. However, the 28-year-old's goal against Zenit will provide a huge boost for his confidence. He has scored twice and provided an assist in four Champions League games, which is an indication of what he brings to the table for Chelsea.
Lukaku will look to find the net again when the Blues take on Leeds and he remains a huge threat to Bielsa's side.
