Ruben Neves
Manchester City have all their bases covered and in this transfer window, they will look to sign backups for their first-team players or replacements for those whose contracts expire. One area of concern for them this season has been in the swinging form of Fernadinho which has left them exposed in the midfield on some occasions.

To remedy this, they expressed interest in Portuguese midfielder Ruben Neves who's playing for the Wolverhampton Wanderers and attempted to sign him in the January Transfer Window but weren't able to do so. Though the deal didn't materialize, they must try to finish off the deal in the summer and bring the talented Portuguese to their side.
He has had a great season and scored 3 goals, 2 penalties and one free-kick and is a great set-piece taker. He has provided 2 assists and is a clever player who has a great understanding of the game. He is extremely strong in the air and also has made more than 200 recoveries. City must sign this young player to bolster their team.
