Leicester City v Manchester United - Premier League
The Armenian could join Spurs

Another day, another chance to share the rumours of the Premier League fraternity with you folks.

So today I bring forth to you some of the best Premier League transfer rumours of the day. The show includes the likes of Tottenham, Liverpool, Manchester United (obviously), Arsenal, Newcastle United and some more. So are you ready for some action?

Here were go.

#5 Manchester United star to Wembley

The silly season is well and truly underway now, you know. Spurs are chasing the second spot because after all, City are going to win it in the end. The real deal is ending second now. So what is the best approach to do that?

Sign a player from the second placed team, of course!

According to Lee Price, who was quoted by Express Sport, Henrikh Mkhitaryan has fallen out of favour with manager Jose Mourinho and will likely be sold by the Portuguese. The clubs interested in his signature include Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

The Armenian international has been repeatedly overlooked by the self-proclaimed Special One and is willing to move away to save his career. Inter are also among the clubs interesting in acquiring the Armenian’s signature.

#4 David Brooks incurs more interest

Sheffield United v Norwich City - Sky Bet Championship
Brooks is a wanted man

Spurs might not have had the best of experiences with signing youngsters from abroad. However, when it comes to grooming British talents, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to claim that the North Londoners are perhaps the best in the Premier League.

This window has seen quite a few British talents being on the radar of many top clubs. And one of them is David Brooks. The Sheffield United attacker has attracted interest from a host of Premier League clubs, which includes Liverpool, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur.

The 20-year-old has been sensational in the Championship level and has scored two goals and has assisted four times. However, Sheffield might still offload him if the price is right, which is somewhere near £20 million.

#3 Naby Keita to come in January?

Red Bull Salzburg v West Brom - Friendly Match
Naby Keita could come to Liverpool next month itself

After a summer of tug-of-war with RB Leipzig, Liverpool weren’t able to acquire Naby Keita at the time. However, they did come out with a sweet taste in their mouths as they were able to secure a deal for him in the summer of 2018.

And now, Bundesliga expert Lee Price said that the Express has reported that the Guinea international might force a move in January as the challenge in Leipzig has seemingly faded away.

"Leipzig’s novelty is wearing off – they’re fifth in the Bundesliga this season and have been demoted to the Europa League, where they face a tough tie against Napoli."

"For Keita, the challenge has almost gone, and he ideally wants to move to Liverpool now."

"The player doesn’t intend to rock the boat hugely in Leipzig, and is relishing the winter break in Germany, but his camp is expected to push for a move upon his return to training in January."

Liverpool fans might be needing some tissues now… to wipe the tears of joy, of course!

#2 Moussa Dembele to Brighton?

Celtic FC v Manchester City FC - UEFA Champions League
Moussa Dembele might return to the PL

Every day I write, thousands of words with practice. At times, I don’t see many rumours on the internet, but two clubs never really run out of relevance in the transfer window: the Manchester clubs. However, this time around, it is Brighton that might sign one of the most talented players in Europe and bring him to their club.

Celtic’s Moussa Dembele is frequently rated as one of the best talents in the game. After beginning his career with Fulham, he moved to Scotland and has done for himself there.

And now, according to Sky Sports sources, Celtic have apparently accepted an £18 million bid for the Frenchman, a claim denied by both the clubs. However, there seems to be a good chance for the deal to go through.

And that would be just great for Brighton.

#1 Manchester madness

Arsenal FC v Borussia Dortmund - UEFA Champions League
Sanchez could yet move to City

And now for some daily dose of Manchester madness. These two are to transfer rumours what badgers are to the mating season: super-active. Portuguese outlet, A Bola claims that the Red Devils are after Benfica teenager Umaro Embalo and are willing to cough up £14-16 million for the youngster.

Meanwhile, it is being reported that the Gunners are willing to sell Alexis Sanchez for as little as £30-35 million after refusing to let go of him in the summer for double the price. The Daily Mail claims that the Arsenal entourage isn’t sure whether Chilean will sign a new deal and are looking to recoup something instead of losing him for free.

And Manchester City could yet sign him, which will only just ensure their league victory.
