#4 Mourinho not interested in Madrid return
This might come as good news for a lot of Madrid fans – and also as terrible for a small fraction – as according to Duncan Castles, who is a journalist close to Jose Mourinho, the Portuguese is not interested in a move back to the Bernabeu because of how badly his time with the Merengues ended.
Castles also added that should the former Inter manager be sacked by Manchester United and should he be a free agent, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez will do everything in his power to bring him back.
"Mourinho has always told people around him he won’t go back to Real Madrid because of the negativity of the experience and how it ended there," Castles said.
"He elected to terminate his contract and go back to English football, specifically to Chelsea at that time.
"What I’m told is if Jose Mourinho were to be out of work now, had he been out of work at this moment, were he to become sacked by Manchester United in the next weeks or months Florentino Perez would do everything in his power to bring him to the club.”
