#4 Guardiola open to Serie A move
Right after Romelu Lukaku revealed that he would be open to moving to Serie A somewhere down the line, Pep Guardiola has also followed suit. The former Barcelona coach admitted that he would like to manage a team in the Serie A.
“A bench in Italy? Why not?” he said.
“I would never have said that I would go to Germany and that I would learn German. Here you eat well.”
He then added that Italian teams are masters at defending and that Serie A have a bunch of great players which convinces him that they can begin dominating club football again.
“Defending well is a talent and you are masters. Life is this, we win and lose, but I am convinced that in Italy there are very good players and they can do very well.
“I am convinced that in Italy there are the players to start winning again.”
