Pep Guardiola is said to be so keen that he is willing to let go of Gabriel Jesus, who they value at £120 million, and also give £100 million in cash to make the deal worth £220 million.

Meanwhile, Unai Emery has refused to give an update on the transfer of Denis Suarez from Barcelona, saying: “They are conversations between us privately. I don’t want to say to you this private conversation with the club.”
