Tottenham have not signed any players in the last two windows and it is unlikely that there will be a three-peat, considering the fact that they reached the final of the Champions League last season.

They have been linked with quite a few talented players but two names that constantly find themselves in the mix are that of Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele.

According to reports, Tottenham are lining up a new bid for the Argentine, who has a €100 million release clause, after seeing their £35 million bid for the player being rejected. Spurs are very interested in the player, so much so that they rejected the option to sign Julian Draxler and Pablo Sarabia.

Meanwhile, another player that the Lilywhites have been linked with is Tanguy Ndombele. According to a report from The Guardian, Spurs’ pursuit of the player is in a bit of a quandary due to the talented midfielder's asking price.

While Lyon value him at €75 million, Spurs think that he is worth €50 million.
