Arsenal have been linked with a move for Celtic defender Kieran Tierney and according to a report from Sky Sports, the Gunners have seen their initial bid of £15 million been rejected by the Scottish club.
The Londoners are expected to come back with a better offer while the report also claims that Serie A giants Napoli are also interested in the highly-talented youngster.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are going through a difficult time with their best player Eden Hazard moving to the Bernabeu. They have also been hit with a transfer ban, which means that they can’t sign anyone for the next two windows.
However, according to reports from Spain, Chelsea can sign Mateo Kovacic, whose asking price is €55 million, permanently as the ban doesn’t allow the Blues to register new players and since the Croat is already registered with them, the Londoners will be allowed to sign him.
