PSG and Manchester City seem to be fighting for the Chilean winger. According to the reports, the Arsenal winger has been spotted in France for some unknown reasons. This picture has fuelled rumours of him moving to PSG in January. The 29-year-old would be a great addition to any team and Arsenal would find it tough to replace him.
