#3 Leonardo Bonucci

Juventus have always built their title triumph on the back of a solid defense, and one of the most important members of the same has been Leonardo Bonucci.

The 34-year-old Italian veteran has played 10 seasons with the Bianconeri across two spells, more than any player in the current squad barring Giorgio Chiellini.

He's forged an excellent defensive partnership with his compatriot over the years and has made a reputation for his ball-playing capabilities, expansive passing range, and solid tackling.

As we saw once again at the Euros, Bonucci can pop up with a goal or two upfront too, whilst being dangerous in set-piece situations.

He's been a valuable figure in the squad for the last decade. Juventus will once again rely on his defensive nous and wealth of experience to help keep out the big names in the league.

#2 Federico Chiesa

Federico Chiesa's loan spell with Juventus started slowly but the Italian eventually settled in perfectly, becoming a talisman of sorts by the end of last season.

Now a European champion too, the winger scored and assisted eight goals each in the 2020-21 campaign. Many of those came in big games, highlighting the star's ability to step up during crucial moments.

The 23-year-old is technically gifted, possesses great vision, and can beat opponents with the ball in one-on-one situations.

He is yet to replicate his Fiorentina-level performances for Juventus but Chiesa is slowly getting there. Perhaps the tag of a Euro winner might just be the push he needed?

#1 Cristiano Ronaldo

Who else could Juventus possibly depend on for goals more than Cristiano Ronaldo?

Ever since his $100 million switch from Real Madrid, the Portuguese has been netting left, right and center for the Bianconeri. Despite being 36-years-old, he shows no signs of slowing down.

Last season, he finally got his hands on the Serie A Golden Boot at the third time of asking, following another impressive 29-goal haul. As a result, Ronaldo became the first player to finish as top-scorer in three different leagues.

He'll be hungry for more this season as the club prepares to reclaim the Scudetto from Inter Milan. More importantly, Ronaldo will be hoping to fire his side to Champions League glory, the one trophy that has eluded him since moving to Italy.
