#3 Kai Havertz

Chelsea's Kai Havertz finally got his first Premier League goal of the season at Stamford Bridge. The German led The Blues' attack once again, with Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner still out injured.

The former Leverkusen man had a lot to work on after failing to lead the attack in the previous games. Tuchel handed him another start, and this time, Havertz got a goal, and was one of Chelsea's best players on the pitch.

Havertz had three shots on goal, with his header that led to the goal being on target. He had another shot blocked, while his pass success rate was 87% on the night.

#2 Reece James

Reece James scored two goals in Chelsea's 3-0 win over Newcastle United last week. Against Burnley, though,he could not get on the scoresheet. He did have two shots on goal, but they were blocked by the Burnley defence even before they got close to Nick Pope.

The Chelsea right wing-back was on top of his game, nonetheless, and was a constant threat for the Burnley defence. He popped up in their box, and looked to get Chelsea ahead in the early stages of the game.

Throughout the game, there was very little Charlie Taylor could do to stop Reece James, and Dwight McNeil could not help out his left-back.

#1 Ross Barkley

The surprise name in Chelsea's starting XI against Burnley, Ross Barkley impressed on the night. He was easily the best player on the pitch for Chelsea, keeping them ticking in attack.

Speaking about Barkley in his post-match press conference, Tuchel said:

"If you're watching the training then you see that Ross deserved to start ,and we changed a bit the shape in the front three today, and played with a number 10 position behind the number six for Burnley."
"We saw a perfect position for Ross to start today. He waited a long time, and he had a huge impact on our matches when he came on. So he had a good match, with maybe match point also on his left foot."

While Barkley's future at the club is still in the balance, the former Everton man proved he still has a lot to offer at Chelsea. Tuchel might have a plan to use the Englishman a few more times this season, especially against teams who sit back.
