Portugal v Netherlands - UEFA Nations League Final

Cristiano Ronaldo is arguably Portugal's and the football world's greatest player ever. His exploits for the national team have been well documented. He deserves major credit behind them winning their first European Championship in 2016.

The five-time Ballon D'Or winner has been the Portuguese side's greatest goalscorer with over 115 goals to his name in 184 appearances. He made his debut aged 18 in 2003 against Kazakhstan in a friendly fixture.

Cristiano Ronaldo is still firing goals as Portugal's 2022 World Cup qualification hopes hang in doubt. They failed to qualify through the qualifiers and will now have to go through the play-offs. They've got a tough group as well. They face Turkey in the semis. If they win, they will face either Italy or North Macedonia to book a place in the 2022 World Cup.

Ronaldo will be hoping to add yet another World Cup performance to his remarkable CV should his national side qualify.
